The Vodka Sour is a cocktail made with vodka, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup, and egg white. Pasteurized Egg White Vodka Sour Preparation: 1) Chill the serving glass; 2) Pour all the ingredients into a shaker; 3) Dry shake, meaning shake without ice to best stiffen the egg white; 4) Add ice and shake vigorously; 5) Double-strain the drink into the serving glass; 6) Add a lemon twist to the drink. 👉Want to learn more about making a Vodka Sour?
