Hello! Today, I've prepared a full-body Pilates routine using circle rings! It's been a really long time since I've prepared a circle sequence! I think circle rings are the most difficult of all the props! Haha If you lose focus even a little, the circle rings will slip out between your legs or arms... While it's a bit difficult to control, the stimulation is definitely there! Also, if you're used to bodyweight sequences, using props will bring a new level of fun to your workouts!
