Dear friends, in this week's short BODY-MIND session, we'll begin by warming up our joints (wrists, ankles, knees, hips, and back) to allow everything to flow and eliminate any blockages or pain. We'll continue with a strength exercise that, combined with gentle movement, will allow us to improve our bone density and enhance the stability of our muscles and tendons. We'll also do a resistance exercise that will allow us to strengthen our nervous system, promoting neurogenesis. We'll finish by connecting with our breath and the energy we generate during the session. Remember to respect your body and adapt everything to your needs.
