本期视频跟大家分享一款用100%全麦面粉制作,而且不含糖的小餐包。虽然是100%全麦,但是它的超级柔软,完全不会干涩,口感可以和白面包媲美!高纤维和无糖的组合,非常适合在减肥和控糖的小伙伴哦! 🔔欢迎订阅我的频道Subscribe to my channel: http://bit.ly/2GNUdtz?sub_confirmation=1 食谱(可制作9个小餐包) 全麦面团1: 全麦面粉 150g(我用的King Arthur) 冷水 115g 全麦面团2(种面): 全麦面粉 100g 水 70g 即发干酵母 1g(1/4小勺) 主面团: 全麦面团1 全麦面团2 鸡蛋液 25g 奶粉 15g(没有可省) 无盐黄油 30g 即发干酵母 1g(1/4小勺) 盐 3g(精盐可适当减量) 装饰: 面粉适量(高中低粉均可) 烤制:提前预热烤箱至180°C/350°F(预热时间根据个人烤箱而定),180°C烤13分钟。 Recipe(makes 9 buns) Whole wheat soaker: Whole wheat flour 150g(I used King Arthur) Cold water 115g Whole wheat pre-ferment: Whole wheat flour 100g Water 70g Instant Yeast 1g(1/4Tsp) Bread Dough: Whole wheat soaker Whole wheat pre-ferment Beaten Egg 25g Milk Powder 15g(Optional) Unsalted Butter 30g Instant Yeast 1g(1/4Tsp) Salt 3g(1/2 Tsp) Decoration: Flour of any type.
