Today we're making one of my favorite leavened desserts, the Bisciola Valtellinese. It's a dessert eaten during the Christmas holidays, so much so that it's also called the Valtellinese panettone. True, we're a few weeks early, but trust me, if you love nuts and dried fruit, this is the dessert for you!
