OUR TINY REVEL AT JEKYLL ISLAND CAMPGROUND ?? Would something bigger be better?

We constantly ask ourselves WHAT IS THE RIGHT SIZE RV/VAN FOR ME... we’ve done it and still do. In this video we head to a real treasure on the east coast, Jekyll Island GA in our 2021 Winnebago Revel. We had been to this island before... in a 34-foot motorhome many years ago, in a Winnebago Travato just a few years ago and now this year in our Winnebago Revel, which is by far the smallest. So, we drove over the bridge and onto the island and in the back of our minds we wondered how this stop would be different... would we have as much fun on Jekyll Island as we had before. In this video you’ll see you had much less stress, we had all the toys we needed to explore and take in the scenery, we used our Blackstone Griddle two times, made new friends, met subscribers and biked the entire island. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add the chicken to the pan and season to taste with salt and pepper. 3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is browned and just cooked through, 4-5 minutes. 4. Remove the chicken from the pan; cover with foil to keep warm. 5. Add the butter to the pan and melt; whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute. 6. Stir in the chicken broth and cook 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. 7. Add the tortellini to the pan and bring to a boil; cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally to make sure tortellini is coated with liquid. 8. Stir in the cream and parmesan and cook for 1 more minute. 9. Add the chicken back to the pan along with the spinach. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until spinach is wilted. 10. Fold in the tomatoes. Sprinkle the parsley over the top and serve. Notes This one pot chicken with tortellini is a family friendly meal that's ready in no time!
