ALL test results, of every 21700 test I've done, are now in this one spreadsheet. Besides that, I realized that the DC IR testing I was doing on my big cell load was not super accurate, or repeatable. Also, even though DC is good as it takes into account voltage drop, AC internal resistance is the more universally quoted figure, and the way all manufacturers spec their cells. So I got a professional AC IR tester, and put every cell I've tested on it to create a nice database of cell IR results, that's consistent and comparable. So now in one place, you've got a resource with the real results of IR measurements, capacity, voltage drop, and temp increase for every high-power 21700 cell that has been tested.
