Stir to dissolve and add 4-5 sprigs of mint or meadow tea. Let sit for 6-24 hours before serving. Chicken Cordon Bleu: 4 large boneless, skinless, chicken breasts halved 4-8 thin slices of ham 4-8 thing slices of swiss cheese Italian flavored bread crumbs ¼ c. (half a stick) Butter 2 eggs, beaten Garlic powder to taste. After slicing chicken breasts in half, cover with plastic wrap or a plastic bag and pound until thin. Soften butter and mix with garlic powder. Spread each chicken piece on one side with garlic butter. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each breast and roll together. Dip each rolled breast in egg and then in bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes or until cooked through and meat is tender. Play Dough ½ c. salt 1 c. flour 1 c. water 1 tbsp. oil 2 tsp. cream of tartar Food coloring Add everything to a kettle and cook on medium high heat, stirring constantly until it forms a ball, about 3 minutes. Need food coloring in while still warm until dough is smooth. Store in a plastic bag to use over and over. Glorified Rice Dessert: 2 c. cooked rice 2 c. peaches, diced in small chunks 1 c. whipped cream ( I make mine with maples syrup, powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt) 3 c. mini marshmallows ½ c. sugar Combine cooked rice, peach chunks, marshmallows, and sugar. Let stand for 1 hour. Whip cream and fold into mixture before serving. (I used more.) The best texture ever!!!
