Roasted Cauliflower and Brokkoli Recipe That Will Surprise You! Ingredients: 1 lb (500g) Broccoli🥦 1 lb (500g) Cauliflower 1/2 cup (100g) chopped Leek 🌱 1 pc (200g) Carrots 4 pcs Eggs 🥚 1/2 cup (100g) Natural yogurt 6 tbsp all purpose Flour 4 tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 tsp Baking powder 7 oz (200g) Cheddar Cheese Salt, pepper, Mediterranean herbs Method: Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets and grate on a grater. Finely chop the carrots and leeks. Fry in vegetable oil until soft and golden. Add to broccoli and cauliflower. Mix well. Whisk eggs, yogurt, flour, corn oil and baking powder until smooth. Add the filling to the vegetables. Mix well. Cook for 20 minutes at 350F or 180C. Grate on a grater the cheese and place it on the top of casserole. Cook for 10 minutes at 350F or 180C until the cheese melts. Sprinkle with fresh chopped greens. Easy and quick dinner recipe!
