Sony MX4 won't charge! Why?

Another WH1000 headphone which won't charge. IT took a while to find the problem, and not just bypass the whole issue. If you have similar problem, maybe you can fix it yourself. This headphone wasn't charging, just the led was blinking red. We fixed without replacing any part. @southlondonrepair We are based in Addiscombe, South London.
