Microsoft Surface Book 3 repair, slow, battery and SSD replacement, disassembly

Microsoft Surface Book 3 came in because was very slow. Taskmanager showed the CPU was running only on 400Mhz, instead of 1.7GHz. Test software showed the CPU, SSD was only around 40-60 Celsius.
