I Didn’t Expect Wuhan to Be THIS Beautiful 🇨🇳 China Shocked Me Again

In this video, I return to Donghu, also known as East Lake, one of the most beautiful places in Wuhan, China. This time, instead of the crazy dinosaur park and chicken chasing from my last visit, I explore the peaceful and scenic side of East Lake by bicycle. As I cycle around the lake, I’m shocked by how clean, beautiful, and full of life Chinese parks are. From blooming flowers and Chinese New Year lanterns to hot air balloons, talking lamps, lakeside restaurants, random robot monkeys, camping areas, boats, power banks, snacks, and even people fishing by hand, Donghu feels less like a normal park and more like an entire city inside a park. The deeper I go, the more I start comparing it to parks back home in Europe. In China, every few minutes there is something new to see or do, and the whole place feels peaceful, safe, lively, and full of good energy. Honestly, walking and cycling around Donghu made me feel like life is worth living again. Later in the day, I visit a beautiful tea restaurant near East Lake, a famous place connected to Mao Zedong. I expected a small tea house, but instead it felt like walking into another world, with bamboo, koi fish, traditional Chinese architecture, dramatic mist, and some very expensive but delicious Chinese tea. This day in Wuhan showed me a completely different side of China. Peaceful nature, strange surprises, beautiful views, and a park that feels better than most tourist attractions.
