Incorporating ingredients in the folding process (jalapeno cheddar loaf)
This is a video of how to incorporate added ingredients into your sourdough loaf during the folding process, after bulk fermentation. In this example, I am making a cheddar jalapeno loaf. Unfortunately my camera cut off prematurely. What I said after the camera cut off is that if you are baking right away, you could lightly sprinkle with cheese and even place a few jalapeno slices on top after scoring before you place in the oven.
