WELCOME MOMS!! 🤰🤰 I'm sharing with you a Pilates class to alleviate the physical symptoms of pregnancy. ✨Pregnancy is a period of intense changes in a woman's life, including physiological, familial, and psychological changes. Practicing Pilates during this period aims to mitigate these changes and provide necessary information for a successful delivery, promoting physical and mental well-being. Benefits of Pilates during Pregnancy: ✅Breathing Exercises ✅Strengthening of Abdominal Muscles ✅Toning of the Pelvic Floor ✅Posture Optimization ✅Improved Circulation ✅Strengthening of Upper and Lower Limbs ✅Physical and Mental Well-being ✨You can take your Pilates class whenever you want. It's important to remember that Pilates exercises should be performed with harmonious movements, controlled by the mind, and executed with great attention. Furthermore, you should pay attention to your breathing; as Joseph Pilates said, it's important to maintain pure body circulation. Purity is the result of breathing appropriate to the exercise. ✨Recommendations to follow: Physical activity during pregnancy is recommended and should be authorized by a gynecologist. If the specialist gives consent, the pregnant woman can perform the exercises up to 3 times a week. 💚It is important to empty your bladder before starting the class. 💚During the class, try to perform the exercises with low intensity and fluidity. If you feel unwell, dizzy, tired, have difficulty breathing, experience strong contractions, or premature dilation, stop the practice immediately. 💚This class is suitable for all trimesters. I recommend starting from week 13, that is, after the first trimester and the beginning of the second. However, if the woman is already accustomed to physical activity, even Pilates, and feels good, she can continue her practice in the first trimester.
