Via Alpina Switzerland - Stage 9 - Engstlenalp to Meiringen - 4K

Follow along the 19.2km hike from Engstlenalp to Meiringen on the Swiss Via Alpina (Stage 9). Stage 9 of the Via Alpina is normally 22km long. But I chose to shorten it and stop in a hotel in Hasliberg instead of going all the way down to Meiringen in the valley. I prefer to enjoy the views from higher up in the evening. But I will catch up on the remaining descent the next day, added to the Stage 10 to Grindelwald.
