Hiking alone 12km, Swiss Alps | Via Alpina, STAGE 8 - Engelberg to Engstlenalp | hiking vlog 4k

On the Via Alpina Green Trail in Switzerland, my hike on Stage 8 took me from Engelberg to Engstlenalp. I started in Engelberg and took the gondola to Trübsee, where I enjoyed a refreshing swim with the best view of the Titlis. The clear weather made the experience even more unforgettable. After swimming, I continued my hike to the Jochpass. The trail was challenging, but the breathtaking views along the way made the effort worthwhile. As evening approached, I decided to bivouac halfway to Engstligenalp to gather new strength for the next day. The following morning, I resumed my hike and passed the beautiful Engstligensee. The tranquil lake, surrounded by majestic peaks, was a highlight of the journey. Finally, I reached Engstlenalp, a picturesque alpine area that marked the end of this unforgettable stage of the Via Alpina.
