Cinnamon Apple Bread Pudding

1 loaf brioche bread 2 honey crisp apples 1 teaspoon maple or vanilla 1/4 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup granulated sugar 4 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg Cook apple mixture until apples have softened. Add to: 3 eggs 2 12 fl oz cans evaporated milk Add bread cubes Bake in a greased 8 x 8“ baking dish on 350° for roughly 40 to 45 minutes. Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar 2 tablespoon milk 1 teaspoon vanilla
