This is a 40 minutes intermediate vinyasa flow class with minimum cues. Focused on full body strength, balance and flexibility. I won’t be talking much except the name of the poses and breaths allowing silence and space for you to tune into your breath, your body and your practice. You will require some knowledge of form and experience with yoga poses and alignment to keep your body safe. This vinyasa yoga flow is specifically geared to help enhance your flexibility, improve your balance, build strength, boost your energy and ease stress and tension, all in the comfort of your home. If you still feel that you are struggling with balance, strength and flexibility, using yoga blocks and strap could be an amazing aid to making your yoga practice accessible and doable.
