If you like challenging and sweaty Power Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Jivamukti Yoga or Rocket Yoga with a healthy dose of meditation, this class is a perfect way to prepare and strengthen your practice. Today we will flowing through a Full Body Vinyasa Flow Yoga class for both intermediate and experienced beginner students. There are always options for the poses so you can modify them to suit your needs. We will do a little bit of everything – forward folds, backbends, twists, side stretches, balance poses, hip openers, plus core and full body strengthening. We will end our practice with OM/AUM meditation. This yoga flow class is a great balance of energising and heat building sequence with slow and calming poses and grounding meditation practice. Having a blanket or towel to cushion the knees and a yoga block to modify poses are a great way to aid your practice wherever and whenever needed.
