As early as 1 AM, the Goh couple heads to Jurong Fishery Port for the freshest seafood. By 2:30 AM, their bustling day begins, lasting till 7 AM. Cooked in the traditional style, fish is placed on a basket tray and simmered in briny water, preserving its natural moisture and flavours. Enjoy poached delights like Yellowtail, Threadfin, Rabbit fish, squid, and prawns. If you're lucky, you might find fish roe! Unique to this stall, Bak Kut Teh is cooked with soy sauce, offering a mild blend of savoury, peppery, and garlicky flavours, akin to tea.
