The highlight of his menu is the fresh produce and seafood Ericson gets from the market daily. He has built his brand around healthy choices. For example, his traditional steamed fish features thickly sliced fish paired with black fungus and topped with wolfberry. Additionally, the steamed chicken is generously loaded with mushrooms and cordycep.
