As much as I'm sorry, Gordon Ramsay seems to have stepped out of his comfort zone and presented a dish I wouldn't recommend to anyone. But that doesn't mean Gordon Ramsay can't cook—quite the opposite. I have nothing but respect for him as a chef and his achievements as an entrepreneur. BBQ brisket is just not his thing.
