Rouladen, meatballs, meatloaf: The trained farrier loves German cuisine and chatting with his customers. Despite this, the 55-year-old's meatball stand is always packed at lunchtime. What's special here: Jörg also caters to special requests. People seem to have less and less money in their pockets, he says, and his groceries are becoming increasingly expensive to buy. Jörg should really raise his prices.
