You don't need a CrossFit gym to build strength, improve conditioning, and become more capable. If you have a few pieces of equipment and a willingness to show up, you can train with purpose right from home. Every morning at 5 a.m. we train together using simple, functional movements that deliver real results. Today's workout is a 15-minute EMOM built around strength, power, and conditioning. Main Workout – EMOM 15 Minute 1: 3–10 Hang Power Cleans (barbell, dumbbells, or kettlebells) Minute 2: 3–10 Floor Presses Minute 3: 20–50 Double Unders (or Single Unders) Adjust your reps and weight based on your equipment and goals. Go heavier with lower reps to build strength, or lighter with higher reps to build work capacity. No jump rope? Simply perform quick pogo jumps while tapping your legs. Opportunity Work (Optional) Build a little extra strength after the workout. EMOM 10 Odd Minutes: 1 Set of Bent-Over Rows Even Minutes: 1 Set of Strict Overhead Presses Use a barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, or whatever equipment you have available. Pick a challenging weight while maintaining good technique. Hour of Action Now take the momentum you've built and apply it somewhere that matters. Spend one intentional hour moving your life forward. Build the business. Learn the skill. Finish the project. Improve your finances. Read. Write. Create. Train your body. Build your future.
