They should be a pushover and we can grab some easy wins early and also expand our very democratic empire. Since last time, we've also given our armored cruisers a quick refit, and I do think they look a bit better with the Mk2 9" guns over the much bulkier Mk1 8" guns they were originally built with. To up the challenge a bit and make things interesting, I've modified the game a bit on my own. Some of that you may have seen (citadel rework, battle AI changes, etc) and some will be campaign specific; -Brutal Legendary Difficulty: AI income and tech multipliers up from 1.5 to 1.8 -Revolution GDP and growth nerf reversed to become a buff. If a nation is beated to the point hat the population revolts (revol = true), they will come out with a stronger economy rather than one that collapses into nothing.
