Chest Day During Natural Bodybuilding Prep.

Welcome back to another episode of my Natural Bodybuilding Prep Series! In today's vlog, I'm taking you through my complete daily routine as I continue preparing for my upcoming ICN Natural Bodybuilding competition. Every single day is built around discipline, consistency, and the goal of bringing my best physique to the stage. The day starts early with a glass of warm water to hydrate my body after waking up. I believe that beginning the morning with a healthy habit helps me stay focused throughout the day. After getting ready, I head out for my fasted cardio session. Today's cardio consists of 20 minutes on the StairMaster followed by 20 minutes on the treadmill. The intensity is high, and by the end of the session I burn more than 400 calories. Cardio is an important part of my contest preparation because it helps improve conditioning while maintaining overall fitness. Every drop of sweat brings me one step closer to my goal. After cardio, I return home for my first meal of the day. My breakfast is simple but effective: rice, soy, and curd. This meal provides the carbohydrates, protein, and nutrients I need to recover from cardio and prepare my body for the rest of the day. After eating, I take my daily supplements to support my nutrition and recovery. Supplements are only used to complement my diet, while most of my nutrition comes from whole foods. Later in the day, it's time for my second meal, which includes paneer and fresh salad. Keeping my meals clean and consistent helps me stay on track during prep. Every gram of food is planned to support my performance and physique. The highlight of today's vlog is my chest workout. I head to the gym ready to give everything I have. Chest training during prep requires maximum focus because maintaining muscle while reducing body fat is one of the biggest challenges of natural bodybuilding. Throughout the workout, I concentrate on proper form, controlled repetitions, and strong mind-muscle connection. Every exercise is performed with intensity while maintaining good technique. Consistency in training is what creates long-term progress. After completing the chest session, I return home for my final meal of the day. This meal includes soy, paneer, fresh salad, and two scoops of whey protein to help meet my daily protein requirements and support muscle recovery. Finally, I take my nighttime supplements, relax, and get proper sleep. Recovery is just as important as training because muscles grow outside the gym. A consistent sleep schedule helps me perform better every single day. Natural bodybuilding is not about shortcuts. It's about showing up every day, following the plan, eating clean, training hard, recovering well, and trusting the process. Some days are difficult, but discipline always beats motivation.
