40 Minutes Fasted Cardio + Brutal Arms Workout.

Welcome to another episode of my Natural Bodybuilding Prep Vlog! In this video, I take you through my complete daily routine as I prepare for my upcoming ICN Natural Bodybuilding competition. Every day is focused on discipline, consistency, nutrition, recovery, and intense training, and this vlog gives you a real look into what it takes to build a lean, aesthetic physique naturally. My morning starts with warm water to hydrate my body before beginning my fasted cardio session. Today I completed 40 minutes of cardio, including 20 minutes on the StairMaster and 20 minutes on the treadmill. Fasted cardio has become an important part of my contest preparation to help burn calories while maintaining conditioning. After cardio, I return home for my first high-protein meal. My breakfast consists of soy chunks, rice, and curd, providing quality protein, carbohydrates, and nutrients to recover from cardio and fuel the rest of the day. Later, I have my second meal consisting of paneer and fresh salad. During prep, I keep my meals clean, simple, and consistent because nutrition plays the biggest role in achieving a shredded physique. Healthy eating combined with proper training helps me stay on track toward my bodybuilding goals. Before heading to the gym, I take my daily supplements to support recovery, performance, and muscle preservation throughout contest prep. Today's workout is an intense Arms Day session. I train both biceps and triceps with high intensity, focusing on controlled reps, proper form, muscle contraction, and getting the best possible pump. Every workout is designed to help improve muscle detail and symmetry while maintaining strength during my calorie deficit. After finishing my gym session, I head back home for my third meal, which again includes paneer and fresh salad to provide high-quality protein while keeping calories under control. Recovery is just as important as training, so I also consume two scoops of whey protein to help meet my daily protein intake and support muscle recovery. Finally, I end the day with proper rest because sleep is one of the most important factors for muscle growth, fat loss, hormone balance, and recovery.
