2023 Fiat e-Doblo Fahrbericht Test Review Verbrauch Reichweite technische Daten | Electric Drive

Now in its fifth generation, the Fiat Doblò is also becoming electric. This applies to both the van variants, which are available in lengths of 4.40 meters (L1) and 4.75 meters (L2), as well as the passenger car and high-roof station wagon, which are always 4.40 meters long. The overall width is 1.85 meters. With exterior mirrors, it is 2.11 meters, and the height measures 1.84 meters. This means that this electric high-roof station wagon fits in almost any garage, underground parking garage, and even under almost any carport. It is powered by a permanent magnet synchronous electric motor with an output of 100 kW and a torque of 260 Newton meters. The power is transferred to the front wheels. The e-Doblò rolls on 16-inch rims with 205/60 tires. Fiat specifies a top speed of 130 kilometers per hour. Deceleration is provided by disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear. The battery has a gross capacity of 50 kWh. The energy stored in the lithium-ion battery is said to enable a range of approximately 280 kilometers according to the WLTP standard. Fiat specifies fuel consumption as 19.9 kWh per 100 kilometers for the passenger car version, and 19.7 kWh for the shorter Cargo version. An 11 kW on-board charger is installed as standard. A six-meter-long Mode 3 charging cable is included. The charging socket, located on the left rear fender, offers the option of charging via a standard socket, a reinforced socket, a wall box, or a rapid charger. While it takes about 30 minutes to charge the battery to 80 percent at a 100 kW rapid charging station, it takes just over five hours with an 11 kW wall box. The battery has a warranty of eight years or 160,000 kilometers for 70 percent of its charge capacity. We drove the electric short Cargo version of the Fiat Doblò, which is just as long as the passenger car version. The almost 100 kilometers included a short stretch of highway, about 60 percent of country roads, and the rest of the way through the city. We then read a consumption of 20.5 kWh on the onboard computer. The engine's power should be sufficient, especially for short trips, to easily transport either a load or, in the passenger car version, a family with luggage or sports equipment to their destination. As with the other electric vehicles from the Stellantis Group, you can choose between Normal, Eco, and Power modes. We mostly used the Normal mode, as we usually do in everyday driving. Switching to Power for overtaking for a short time is clearly noticeable, with more acceleration. Eco, on the other hand, reduces energy consumption to achieve the greatest possible range. In the city, it's also worth increasing the recuperation strength using the B button. This significantly reduces the speed when you release the accelerator pedal. The chassis design clearly shows that the Fiat e-Doblò is primarily intended as a commercial vehicle. Accordingly, the suspension and damping are tuned so that the car can confidently negotiate poor road surfaces, even when fully loaded. However, the Doblò isn't designed for sporty maneuvers such as fast cornering – this also applies to the passenger car version, which will initially only be offered as a very comprehensively equipped Launch Pack. This has three fold-forward individual seats in the second row and a separately opening rear window. Thus, the Doblo, along with its corporate siblings, offers real added value – especially for dog owners – although the purely electric range may be a bit too limited for long trips. A version with a larger battery capacity is not currently planned. With a payload of up to 800 kilograms, the electric version of the Doblò Cargo offers good transporter qualities and can also accommodate two Euro pallets. With the long wheelbase, the maximum cargo volume is 4.4 cubic meters. This car, which is attractive to families and recreational sports enthusiasts, has an unladen weight of 1,664 kilograms and a permissible gross vehicle weight of 2,290 kilograms. The trunk volume of the five-seater can be expanded from 775 to 1,355 liters. The towing capacity is 750 kilograms. The nose weight is 50 kilograms, and the roof load is 100 kg. The entry-level price for the short Cargo version is €37,544.50 including VAT; the passenger car, as a Launch Pack, costs €41,490 painted white. Customers can choose between four additional metallic paint finishes for an additional €570. Otherwise, Fiat has installed everything that is possible for the e-Doblò. #Fiat #FiatDoblo #ElectricCar Electric Drive online: https://www.electricdrivemagazin.de
