Untuk adonan, panaskan air, susu, dan mentega, aduk lalu tambahkan garam dan gula, masak hingga mendidih 2. Masukkan tepung terigu, masak di api kecil sambil diaduk, lalu pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk, dinginkan 3. Setelah dingin masukkan baking powder dan telur satu per satu sambil diaduk hingga rata kemudian masukkan ke dalam piping bag 4. Panaskan minyak, goreng donat di api kecil hingga 8-10 menit, tiriskan 5. Masukkan gula pasir dan kayu manis bubuk, aduk rata kemudian masukkan isian cherries & berries preserve, lemon curd, dan strawberry preserve with champagne 6. For the dough, heat water, milk, and butter. Stir, then add salt and sugar. Bring to a boil. 2. Add flour and cook on low heat while stirring, then transfer to a bowl. Let cool. 3. Once it’s cooled, add baking powder and eggs one by one while stirring. Once mixed evenly, transfer to a piping bag. 4. Heat the oil and fry the donuts on low heat for 8 - 10 minutes. Drain. 5. Coat with the sugar and cinnamon powder mix evenly. Fill with cherries & berries preserve, lemon curd, and strawberry preserve with champagne. 6.
