Solo Winter Sunrise Flight Up New Zealands Stunning Coast
There's something special about being in the air & flying before most people are awake. In this flight, I take off at first light and follow New Zealand's stunning East Coast as the sun rises over the horizon. With the coastline glowing beneath me & the sky lighting up in shades of vibrant orange and gold, it's a good reminder of why I fell in love with flying. After cruising along the coast, I head inland for a flyover of my local stomping ground & my own house before turning back toward the coast and tracking towards the airport to complete an unforgettable morning flight. If you enjoy aviation, scenic flights, and seeing New Zealand from a different perspective, make sure to subscribe for more flying adventures.
