For those suffering from scoliosis. This time, we introduced the "Scoliosis Improvement Standing Exercise Full Course," which can be done while standing. This is a summary of the exercises we introduced in three parts in June: cervical, thoracic, and lumbar waves. If you are concerned about neck curvature, protruding ribs, a misaligned belly button, or asymmetry in your waistline, you can create a wave-like motion in your cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine simply by changing the angle at which you raise your arms. In this exercise, we will perform cervical, thoracic, and lumbar waves in sequence, based on weight transfer. The key point is to be able to perform the movement with the same range of motion on both the right and left sides. Practice the side you find more difficult first, then move on to alternating left and right exercises. A feeling of tightness, blockage, or pain is a sign that the coordination is broken. Don't ignore those signs.
