110 Pull Up Pyramid Workout

Today’s workout was all about volume and endurance. I completed a full pull-up pyramid starting with 10 reps down to 1 using an overhand grip. Once I reached the bottom, I switched to an underhand grip and climbed the pyramid back up from 1 to 10. Workout: • Overhand: 10➡️1 • Underhand: 1➡️10 • 20 total sets • 110 total pull-ups Every workout is another opportunity to build strength, improve technique, and stay consistent.
