Heavy Club - Two Handed - 30 Minute Workout
In this workout Denise and myself will run you through 18 different exercises in 30 minutes. We break it down into 4 parts including a side swing, front swing, lunge and core series. Each series consists of multiple layers as we add to the exercise every minute. Rest breaks are 30 seconds and include a demonstration of the upcoming exercise. We hope you enjoy!
