Hey everyone ^_^ After Japan I noticed something strange, where when you make something with chicken they usually use chicken, including for the schnitzels from the combo, and I realized that for us, schnitzel is always just chicken breast and don't get me wrong I love a good crispy schnitzel that's prepared properly but chicken schnitzel is something I make for myself every now and then to pamper myself and I realized that this is not the norm so I think it's time to upgrade and normalize juicy and crispy schnitzel!
