In the past, I made some cheesecakes on the channel and other dishes for the holiday, but this time I wanted to make something different and special that would simply steal the heart of the sweet table, and because I returned from Japan not so long ago, I have a lot of matcha green tea (which, by the way, can be bought at any health food store in Israel), so I remembered the crepe layer cake and that the combination of delicate and sweet pastry cream together with the sweetness and bitterness of the matcha is simply a perfect combination and from there I will stop digging and just say enjoy watching!
