After going to the Czech Republic this summer I was blown away by the dark lagers, or černý (pronounced cherney) and wanted to make my own. As regular viewers will know I quite like lagers and took this opportunity to pressure ferment one for the first time as well. This video we recreate one just as good as Czechia!
