Traka Training Weekend
With just a few weeks to one of the biggest events and goals of the year, things haven't been going to plan, and it was time to up the distance and time on the Lauf Seigla in preparation. Friday - 100km mixed terrain with some shorter efforts early in. Saturday - 80km road, bikepacking to Builth Wells Sunday - Taking part in the Hope Tech MTB Marathon. The Seigla was far from perfect, but it was still good training with some really fast riders attending.
