I've ridden plenty of cycle paths over the years, but the Towy Valley Path / Llwybr Dyffryn Tywi might just be one of the most scenic. Join me as I explore this traffic-free route through the heart of rural Carmarthenshire. Officially designated as a Cycleway, this is a traffic-free route open to bicycles and pedestrians. Following the route of a former railway line, this traffic-free trail winds through the stunning Tywi Valley, passing riverside views, woodlands, historic landmarks and some of the most picturesque countryside in Wales. In this video, I explore the route, share the highlights along the way and take in everything this fantastic cycling path has to offer.
