Seongcheol's book Bonjipungwang (The Wind and Light of the Original Land) deals with the koan "Mokju Dampan." The 62nd koan, "Mokju Dampan," carries the meaning that one must break through a "stubborn, one-sided attitude" and attain "thorough enlightenment unhindered by anything."
