Received a personal trainer qualification at age 20 while still in school. Having gained experience at sports medicine centers, sports clubs, posture and leg-beautifying studios, buttock-beautifying studios, and rehabilitation facilities, he has spent over 10,000 hours working with a wide variety of clients over the past 10 years. Even after losing weight, he faced problems like "my thighs are still thick," "my hunched back makes me look unattractive," and "my lower back hurts," and realized that there were problems that dieting couldn't solve. This experience led him to move away from the fixed ideas of "how much weight can I lose?" and "being thin = beautiful," and instead developed a unique method that focuses on the client's skeletal structure and everyday life. At the age of 31, he married his negative wife (lol), and realized the importance of "self-evaluation" in bringing out one's own charm, so he began incorporating mental elements such as neuroscience and psychology into his body shaping. Through conversations with clients and his own experiences of marriage and child-rearing, he preaches the importance of "focusing on what you've accomplished" and "praising yourself." He supports women in achieving self-realization through body shaping techniques that prioritize skeletal structure, lifestyle, and mental health.
