Please give it a try! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (for an easy-to-make portion) ・Green onion 1 stalk (100g) ・Miso 2 tablespoons ・Bonito flakes 2g ・Soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon ・Mirin 1 tablespoon ・Sake 1 tablespoon ・Sugar 2 teaspoons ・Sesame oil 1/2 tablespoon ・Rice (appropriate amount) ・Roasted seaweed (appropriate amount) ・Salt (appropriate amount) ■Instructions 1. Finely chop the green onion. 2. Mix the miso, soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sugar. 3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, sauté the green onions, add the bonito flakes and sauté. 4. Add the mixture from step ② and cook until the moisture evaporates. 5. Place rice on plastic wrap, top with the green onion miso, cover with more rice, rub salt into your hands, shape into a ball, and wrap with roasted seaweed. 6.
