It has a soft and fluffy texture, just like something you'd get at a restaurant. It's easy to make and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or even a bento box. Please give it a try! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (for 2 servings) ・4 slices of bread (8-slice loaf) ・3 eggs ・4 slices of ham ・2.5 tablespoons mayonnaise ・1 teaspoon white dashi ・1/3 teaspoon sugar ・10g salted butter ■Instructions 1. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 9 minutes, then cool them in ice water. 2. Soften the butter and spread it on the inside of the bread slices. 3. Peel the eggs, separate the whites and yolks, and chop the egg whites. 4. Mash the egg yolk, add sugar and white dashi, mix well, add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly for about 1 minute, then add the egg white. 5. Place the ham and the mixture from step 4 on the bread, sandwich it together, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, and let it sit for 10 minutes. 6.
