Please give it a try! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (1 serving) ・Rice 150g ・Chicken thigh 60g ・Onion 1/4 ・Ketchup 3 tbsp ・Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp ・Salted butter 5g ・Eggs 2 ・Water 1 tbsp ・Salad oil 1/2 tbsp ・Salt and pepper to taste ■Instructions 1. Finely chop the onion and cut the chicken into small pieces, then season with salt and pepper. 2. Add water to the eggs and beat well. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan, add chicken and onion, season with salt and pepper, and sauté. 4. Add rice and sauté, then add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce and sauté thoroughly. Add butter. 5. Heat salad oil in a frying pan, pour in the egg, and cook until semi-cooked. Let it set for about 10 seconds, then turn off the heat. 6. Place the chicken rice in the center, and use the egg from both ends to shape it. 7.
