Shoulder and Abs Circuit At Home Dumbbell Workout
Workout starts at 1:22 Build stronger shoulders, sculpt your upper body, and challenge your core with this 45 minute dumbbell workout. This workout uses one circuit repeated four times to help build muscular endurance, strength, and stability. Complete each exercise for 1 minute with a 10 second rest between exercises. Exercises include: Arnold Press Shoulder Press Alternating Front Raises Alternating Underhand Front Raises Straight Arm Lateral Raises Bent Arm Lateral Raises V-Ups Bicycles Frog Crunches After completing the full circuit, take a 1 minute rest before starting the next round. Repeat the circuit for a total of four rounds. Use a weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout each minute. Keep your core braced, control every repetition, and avoid using momentum to lift the weights. If you need to modify an exercise, reduce the weight or shorten your range of motion while staying pain free.
