Welcome to this Yoga Nidra for Deep Sleep. This practice invites you into a gradual softening out of the day and into the quiet intelligence of rest. Through breath, body awareness, and spacious presence, the nervous system is gently supported in down-regulating from effort into ease. You are guided into a field of deep rest where sleep may naturally arise on its own, without force or intention. There is nothing to achieve here. Only a remembering of rest already available within you. This session can support: -easing into deep sleep -calming an activated nervous system -releasing the residue of the day -cultivating a felt sense of safety and stillness -resting in spacious awareness You are welcome to listen in bed as you drift into sleep. If you fall asleep, nothing is lost — the practice continues beyond words.
