The Inner Moon Cycle – Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation for deep rest and for gently deepening the connection with your natural inner rhythms. Through a slow and spacious body-based journey, you are guided into the inner landscape of the moon cycle — moving through phases of stillness, emergence, fullness, reflection, and return. This practice is especially supportive around the time of the full & new moon, when energy may feel heightened and the body calls for integration, rest, and gentle inward listening. Or any time. This practice invites you into a state of conscious rest, where the body can soften and settle while awareness remains quietly present. This meditation may support you in: • Deep relaxation and rest • Softening and settling the nervous system • Deepening your connection with your inner rhythm • Cultivating presence, receptivity, and inner spaciousness No experience with Yoga Nidra is needed.
