ABOUT ME Luca Gonzatto is an author, communicator, and manager. For years, he has dedicated himself to making the topics of mindfulness and meditation accessible, with simplicity. After a decade-long career in the finance and insurance sectors and a three-year course in naturopathy, in 2015 he co-founded Vidyanam, an organization that brings events and programs dedicated to inner well-being to Italy. Since 2019, he has directed Percorsi My Life Design, of which he is now the Sole Director. In 2024, he founded the Tribe of Apprentice Meditators, an open, simple, and profound space dedicated to the exploration, study, and research of contemplative traditions, without mythologizing practices or individuals. His first book, Chi si ferma si ritrova (BUR Rizzoli), was published in January 2025 and received enthusiastic reviews from both the public and critics. The work received numerous international awards and selections, including first place at the Switzerland Literary Prize, the Trofeo Alato (Winged Trophy) at the Premio Internazionale Città di Cattolica, selection for the "Giancarlo Dosi" National Prize for Scientific Dissemination, promoted by the National Book Association, among the best children's books of 2025, and inclusion in the Mind and Body in Equilibrio series published by Corriere della Sera. Since 2025, he has also collaborated with Macrolibrarsi, for which he writes articles on topics related to meditation and mindfulness.
