In this 40 min FULL BODY KETTLEBELL Workout | Controlled & Explosive | Strength Endurance | Repeat , we will have 6 bundles, each consisting of 7 movements. Most bundles contain 3 exercises, some for 3 rounds and others for two rounds. The explosive exercises will be performed for 30 seconds and the controlled ones for 40 seconds long, followed by a 20-second rest between exercises and a 30-second rest after each bundle. Let's go!"
