The Power of Worms | Erich Fässler | TEDxHochschuleLuzern
Erich Fässler, co-founder of wormup.ch, has helped develop practical and stylish composting systems for households and communities. So now, even urban dwellers can recycle their organic waste, creating – with the help of worms – a minerally rich organic fertilizer to be used whenever plants need it. Erich talk is about how worms can save the world. Erich Fässler is co-founder of the Swiss start-up „WormUp“. WormUp creates practical and stylish compost systems for households and communities. Organic trash is being recycled to create mineral-rich fertilizer with the aid of worms – the Redbull for your own plants on the balcony or inner courtyard. Erich is thus driven by nature’s diversity and intelligence. As an environmental engineer, Erich is responsible for the small heros’ well-being. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at http://ted.com/tedx
