【初心者歓迎】インドで食べて感動したチキンカレーを自宅で作る!
The taste I remember from my time in Kolkata, India!! The lightness that makes it perfect for everyday eating is the best. Ingredients (2-3 servings) Chicken drumsticks 400g (or 1 chicken thigh, 250g) Potatoes 2 Onion 1/4 (50g) Garlic 5 cloves (1 tbsp grated) Ginger 2cm (1 tbsp grated) Green chili pepper 1 Yogurt 50g Water 500ml Salad oil 1 tbsp Salt 2 tsp Spices Bay leaves 3 (if available) Turmeric, cumin, coriander 1 tsp each ① Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion. ② When the onion turns brown, add the garlic, ginger, and green chili pepper and sauté for about 1 minute. ③ Add the spices and salt and sauté for about 30 seconds. ④ Add the water, chicken, potatoes, and well-stirred yogurt and simmer for about 1 hour. ⑤ Finally, adjust the seasoning with salt.
